Unlike wikis, Tofu doesn't require your team to master special scripting languages. You have enough on your plate. Everything in Tofu can be double-clicked to edit or they can be dragged around the page for positioning. This will ensure everyone on your team will always use and love Tofu.

Creating pages with Tofu is so quick and easy, you can replace your handwritten notes with typed ones. Of course its not just for the sake of aesthetics, your digital notes are now indexed and made searchable so you can find exactly what it is you're looking for during those late night cram sessions.

Need to sketch some things in your notes? No problem, you can use your favorite drawing program on your computer or upload your professor's sketches right alongside your text notes.

Smartphone capabilites without the cost

With Tofu's powerful calendaring with alerts, your team can stay in sync. With a traditional SMS/TXT messaging-enabled mobile phone, you can receive alerts right to your mobile phone alerting you of appointments, exams or class. If you already have a latest and greatest phone, Tofu will send all alerts via email instead.

So for a nominal fee per semester, less than a couple pizzas, you can empower yourself and your team with calendar sharing and email/mobile phone alerts.

The intelligent network drive

Tofu's file and image storage built right into pages turbocharges your network drive experience and renders network drives, with hard to find documents, a thing of the past. Tofu is the perfect place for your papers, class notes, presentation slides, artwork, or even graded documents.

All of your files and images in Tofu appear in the context in which they are introduced, so they are easily found. On top of that, all the files and images you upload into Tofu are indexed and searchable via our lightning-fast search.

How can you trust your important documents to be stored on laptops and USB keys? You can't, and you shouldn't. All files and images uploaded to Tofu can be encrypted and then sent to our servers where they are stored in our highly-redundant disk-array capable of sustaining disk failures without data loss.

The LaterList is a unique feature built right in to Tofu that lets you temporarily bookmark web pages of interest. Those pages are stored in Tofu and they can then be pulled up later anytime they are needed.

As the internet is used more and more for research, keeping your web links organized is essential. So once you're finished with a link, you can simply check the box next to the link and the link is automatically cleaned up after 5 days. The best part, the LaterList integrates right in with your web browser.
