Creating dynamic and beautiful pages in Tofu is a snap. Users of all skill levels can create and contribute to pages in your team. With our double-click to edit feature, your Tofu powered intranet is very easy to love. Tofu allows files and images to be attached directly to pages so you never have to go looking for documents. It also allows for your attachments to appear in the context in which they are introduced. Our lists serve dual-purposes as they can be used as standard, bulleted-lists or they can function as a task list in which items can be checked as they are completed. The notes and dividers keep all of your pages neat and tidy. Since all text on the pages are contained in notes, you never have to worry about the quality of your pages throughout your intranet. |

Calendar
Tofu integrates a powerful calendar into the intranet experience. With each event you create in your calendar, you are given the option to setup email or mobile phone alerts to keep your entire team as connected as Fortune 500 companies.
If you already use other calendaring software we don't leave you hanging. Tofu supports importing and exporting calendars so you can stay automatically synchronized throughout all the applications you use.
Folders

Organizing pages within Tofu is straightforward. You can create as many folders as you wish to store all of your pages. With folders, your team can grow to thousands of pages while remaining as organized as you were the day you started using Tofu. To add a page to one of your folders, you can simply drag-and-drop the page into the folders and they are automatically added to that folder. |

Search
What are the benefits of having your data on a computer if you can't find it quickly? We agree whole-heartedly with that sentiment and so we've built super-fast searches into Tofu. Whether the item you're searching for appeared in a list, note, divider, image or file description matters not. We will find it for you.
Permissions and Security
With everyone on your team sharing pages in Tofu, limiting page access and the ability to edit certain pages is essential. Tofu offers a powerful permissions system without the complexity.
Tofu uses a simple, three permission system that applies to all pages in a given folder. The permissions are: read, edit and supervisor and can be assigned to users or groups on your team. The supervisor permission includes read and edit, but it also allows a user or group to make permission changes. Each supervisor also has the capability to share pages publicly with users not in the team.
If a user or group isn't given access to a folder, that folder and the pages it contains are made hidden to the user. That also means that restricted pages will not pop up in their search results either. And of course, typing a restricted page's address manually will result in an error.
Statuses
Whether your team is located in a single office or spread throughout the world, Tofu keeps everyone updated. With internal statuses users are able to keep everyone informed, simultaneously, on where they are and what they are working on. This makes Tofu ideal not only for traditional teams, but also virtual teams.
LaterList

The LaterList feature inside of Tofu is quite a unique feature that we think you'll really love. The LaterList works as a temporary, self-cleaning bookmark service. You simply drag our bookmarklet to your bookmarks in your web browser and the next time you are on a page that you would like recalled later, you click the LaterList bookmark. The page is automatically added to your LaterList to be viewed later. Checking the box next to each link marks the link to be auto-deleted in 5 days. |
